Recently someone by the name of "Leo Lee" has been crossposting offtopic
and offensive topics to rec.autos.makers.chrysler rec.autos.makers.saturn,
rec.autos.makers.honda, rec.autos.makers.jeep+willys, and
rec.autos.makers.vw.watercooled.
He has been posting such topics as "Jimmie, Did you set the Fire on your
Hair???", "FAT American women driving FAT SUV.", "FAT-ASS American can't
drive little Honda!!!!!", "Why American cars are getting bigger and
fatter???", "Big FAT White Penis Power!!!!." These threads have been nohing
but offensive trolls. Most are ethnically based.
A search at http://groups.google.com shows that he has been doing this
in quite a few other newsgroups such as rec.sport.soccer, soc.culture.china,
soc.culture.korean.
He continues to troll and cross post messages. I've currently set up
rules to block out his messages and his threads but I would like to get this
issue solved once and for all at the ISP level.

I will try and list the facts so that you can please deal with this
abuse immediately.
