Wheelcaps make noise when driving

    Hello,
    I have chrome wheels on my Sebring convertible. These wheels which originally are placed on the PT cruiser. These make noise when driving. I cannot get this noise disappear.
    I tried with foam, extra doublesided adhesive tape.
    Does anyone knows the solution
