Want my Lighter to work

    When I got my car, the lighter had been decommishened. Where or how do
    I get it so it will work again? I want it for the power source, is it a
    fuse? Under the dash or the hood? Any help would be appreciated.

    A 15 amp fuse #1 in the fuse block protects the lighter. check it to see if
    it is burnt.

    Easiest thing to do is to ask the prior owner how they disabled it. Next
    thing to do is to start at the fuse box and trace the wire all the way to the
    ligher socket.
