Traveler/mini trip computer lights flash

    I have a 2000 JXI conv.
    The problem I'm having is the lights on the buttons(US/M & step)flash. Seems
    to only happen when headlights are on. Happens intermmitantly also.

    Also windshield washers inop. Tried new MF switch but no fix.
