    Hello!

I have a 1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager and I was wondering if it was
possible to repair/access the transmission modulator and where it is
located. Also how much would it cost for a replacement?

    Thanks!

What makes you think it has a modulator?

A 97 does not have one.
A cry transmission does not use them. :grinyes:
If the transmission is acting up post back with more info and maybe
    someone can help.

Tips on getting a good answer to your questions.
People trying to answer your question do not have a crystal ball.
So give them all of the info you have like year make and model and
    engine and transmission.
Also service cars engine and transmission service history or any recent
    repairs or problems.
Also a description of your problem and what it is doing or not doing.
If you have codes give up the code no.
And remember a code does not say replace the part but only points to
the problem that you have to check out.
So to better help you give up all of the info you have on it.

  4. no. it's not possible to repair this even by the factory. because there
isn't one. How's that for a smartass answer?
You need to do some reading, your dealing with a computer-controlled
transmission here that isn't going to take kindly to corn-pone barnyard
fixes that your father might have done to his 1965 T&C station wagon.
Hopefully you haven't already done the Mystery Oil and/or sawdust down
    the trans dipstick routine yet.

    Chrysler transmissions don't have modulators.

    What symptoms are you having?
