WILL THE TIMING BELT BE THE REASON WHY MY CAR WON’T START? IT TURNS
OVER NORMALLY, BUT IT WON’T CATCH TO CRANK?

At least tell us year, model, and engine. Could be crank or cam sensors
depending on if your Rolls Canhardly has them.

    Umm, could be!
Could also be ..... coil, coil wire, distributor, fuel pump, injectors,
carburetor (after all have no idea what make/model/year), MAP Sensor, TPS,
distributor cap, fuel filter or any other number of parts.

Toss a hint about what your driving :0)
