Are child shoulder type seatbelts for the rear seats available for
    the T&C somewhere ? (2003 model)This hicksville dealer doesn't know/care and I
would like to get them so the kids don't have to haul child car seats
    with them when they visit.
    (not talking infant seats...but 4-8 year old's)
    Thanks ! !

  2. You need to leave this one alone. The children are safer in the booster
    seats. There is no such
thing as a "child shoulder type seatbelt" Burn this into your brain:

"..From 40 to about 80 lbs. and about 4'9" tall, children should always be
seated in a belt-positioning booster; lifting them so adult lap/shoulder
seat belts are "positioned" correctly and safely..."

    Recommendation of NHTSA, see:

    http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/people/injury/childps/Boosterseat/booster.html

Also, many states nowadays are starting to mandate boosters. Your idea may
    be letting your
kids in for a big ticket.

Your comments were exactly what I was looking for. I was not looking for
adult type over the shoulder belts, but those that are specifically
designed for children. I was told, but never was it verified, that
these types of belts were available for children. If they are not, there
is no way I would put the kids at risk. If only booster seats are the way
    to go, so be it.
    Thanks VERY much ! !
