Rebate: Free 5 Qts of Valvoline maxlife Oil

    Saw this in another automotive newsgroup, so I am re-posting here. Looks
    like a great deal since it will cover up to $12 of cost to purchase 5 quarts
    of this oil (I use it anyways so it makes my next oil change almost free).
    The only drawback is that (as with most all rebates) you need to provide
    your name/address, etc. information.

    I took advantage of this rebate, got my money back fairly quickly.
    Just one thing to note about maxlife oil - it does NOT meet the "energy
    conserving" specification. This is readily apparent by looking at the
    specification label on the back of the bottle. If this is not a big concern
    to you, then it is a good deal.
    Also, when I got my rebate check, I got a form with it for another 3 bucks
    off (rebate) if I were to buy another 5 quarts before Sept. 30.
