rear brake disc removal 99 T&C AWD?

    Does anyone have any advice on how to get the rear discs off of a 99 T&C
    AWD? After removing the calipers, the discs don't seem to budge at all. I
    assume they are rusted/frozen to the hub/bearing assembly. Any Tips?
