Radiator problems on a 95 neon

    ive recently noticed while working on my car this passed weekend a
    light brown milky substance in my radiator ive done two flushes and it
    continues to come back. possibly thinking its oil from a blown head
    gasget wondering if anyone has any input on it thanks

    It is a very good chance that it is from the head gasket
