Power Steering Failure on Acceleration and going down long hills

    I need some help. I have a 2007 Town and Country 3.3L. About 6 months ago it developed a power steering issue. If you accelerate quickly or go down a long steep hill you lose power steering, then it will return a few miles up the road. Since the issue started, the power steering pump has been replace, along with the hoses, and the reservoir, and the serpentine belt. The system has been flushed and refilled and bled and even vacuum bled. Nothing has changed. Any one have a similar issue or have any suggestions for me? I would love some input =)
