    We hope, but that's a lot of electric cars when cost effective ones
    don't even exist yet.

    Here's todays editorial in the Vancouver Sun. It starts off on the
    plugins they want in apartment garages. Even that is not an
    insignificant task, considering the need to bill the stall user to their
    apartment electrical bill.


    Electric vehicles have not been held back by shortage of plug-ins
