That is a recreational vehicle. I own a 2006 Dodge 1500 Big Horn, and
I also have a 1969 Alfa Rameo Spider 1600 that is worth more than you
will ever make in your career.

Lots of emotion for a recreational vehicle.
Just a little bitty half ton?
One would think that if you owned it, you could spell it.

    And punctuate.
    Gave up that quick huh?
(why is that not a surprise?)
    Got your egg timer ready?
    You got them.
    Open to everyone, even assholes.
Maybe someone there knows how to fix the period button on your
    key board.

See - that's where your arrogance has tripped you up. My job is not
working on cars - not that there's anything wrong with that (a
difference between you and me - I don't judge people by their degrees or
the jobs they hold). But since your criteria for judging people is
their degrees and what they do for a living, I am a degreed and licensed
engineer. Over my career, I have been the electrical design lead for
Titam missiles, designed motor feedback electronics for a robotic arm
for the space shuttle, pioneered computerized diagnostic techniques in
use of Doppler ultrasound in blood flow, and - Oh yeah - was an
engineering manager for automotive fuel pump design and manufacture. In
my present job, I test things like Tomahawk missiles and 2000 horsepower
    diesel generator sets.

So, by your own criteria (certainly not mine) I guess I am a much
"better" and "smarter" person than you are. Think about that before you
start assuming things and putting down people who work on cars for a
living because you think you're better than they are because of your
    degrees.
    Look in the mirror.
Yeah - that'll win friends and influence people, oh condescending one.
I'll bang my resume and "boring" work experiences up against yours any day.
Very good! Also - don't be a prick to others when you are soliciting
their help. But of course, with your computer degree, you don't need
help from others. Oh - by the way - on top of the real work I do, as a
side responsibility, I maintain the computers for the company I work for
(small company) - don't need a masters degree for that.

Oh - yeah - almost forgot - you wantd other people's opinions besides
mine. Well you got them. They don't like you either.

New fuel pump not working, check master fuses, relays and wiring...Note a
manual like chiltons will be helpful...On most vehicles i have worked on
there is a fuel cutoff switch located somewhere inside the rear panel of
vehicle in rare cases this can fail and it cuts all power to fuel pump. Some
fuel pumps are polarized meaning they will work when hooked up in the
correct order... try reversing hotwire leads good luck...

My first post said "Three things needed: (1) Accurate schematic for
(specific to) the vehicle (FSM or www.allldata subscription), (2)
Multimeter, (3) Someone who knows how to use items (1) and (2) for
    troubleshooting."

The FSM and schematics would tell him (1) If there is such a cutoff
switch, and if there is one (2) Where it is located. I would not rely
on an aftermarket manual with it's one-size-fits-all descriptions for
mulitple vehicle years, sketches and pictures that often have nothing to
do with the vehicle the manual is about, and "typical" schematics
(either a schematic describes the electricals of your vehicle or it
doesn't - i.e, a "typical" map of the East Coast of the U.S. wouldn't be
very useful in driving from Denver Colorado to LA).

Besides, the OP got offended and left.
