Yup, and last time I checked, he was some sort of "academic" attachment
to Emory University....or more likely a former student who has an alumni
account. Either way, the guy is clearly a troll. Laugh at him, laugh

No, he's not a troll. He's on-topic as often as he's off-, he hangs
around and participates in discussions, and he really believes what he
says. He's virtually always wrong and obstinate about it, but he

I did. Are you suggesting that the whole NG is a big yawn? Who is Tammy?

I have seen other NGs where the 'dialogue' is mostly expressions in a
language with only a passing acquaintance with English and with abuse and
swearing. I can't understand why anyone wants to spend more than the time
it takes to withdraw after an innocent and well-meaning entry...

This and other motoring groups are relatively civilised.
