I have a 94 plymouth voyager 3.0L which is leaking oil, and i was wondering
if higher mileage oil is good for the engine compare with regular oil.

The 3.0L is a leaker. It leaks mostly out of the cam seals, the crank seal
and the valve covers. It may have it's benefits (???) but I don't think
high mileage oil will help with the leaks. You just have to repair the
    seals.

If you're leaking oil, would it make you feel better if the oil you're
leaking costs more? If so, then definitely go for the high-priced spread.

As long as you maintain the proper oil level, you're engine will continue
to purr right along. You're doing more than your share of fucking up the
environment, of course, but don't feel guilty; our kids will fix it for
their kids, who will cure everything for everybody.
