Ah, so you're the one. You weren't that memorable. Well, I'll trade an
occasional typo (a mistake) for a lack of vocabulary (a deficiency) any day.

I saw my first scion the other day on the road. It out-milk-trucks the
element by a mile. But oddly, it's more snazzy looking. I guess it's because
the Scion doesn't have the stupid "body by tupperware" crap on it.

By the same token, not all that you read is false. I'm sure much of the
content in the glossy mags is legit, they do after all have to answer to
their readers as well as their advertisers. If all they were doing was
writing ad copy then who would buy it? As far as car companies buying
favorable reviews, I'm sure it happens. I'm just not sure it happens all
the time.

 

............ but the cynics like DTJ, Stern and Whiting will always refute that
because they believe there is never any truth in the printed media.

 

We may be cynics, but we're not liars. I don't remember what DTJ and
Daniel said, but I never said what you claim above.

assumed that because of your consistent, insidious remarks, you were among
