How well does Chrysler respond to complaints?

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience or advice on complaining to
Chrysler Canada. I have a 2001 Cherokee that has had brake trouble since
shortly after being new. 30,000 km ago just about the entire brake system was
replaced under warrenty. About three services later, the brakes started acting
up again. We reported it at the servicing interval but the mechanics could
find nothing. The problems got worse and we continued to report it when the
vehicle went to be serviced. At the last service the manager even got to the
point of telling my wife it was all in her head. Now we were at the point of
sliding through intersections and made it very clear we considered the vehicle
dangerous when we brought it in to be serviced.

Now they found problems in the front brakes and had to do a pad replacement/
rotor turn. At close to $400.

I feel they should have caught the problem the last three services when we
complained there was a problem and it would have required a minor fix. Also
with the brake problems going back to just about day one it should have been
covered or partially covered by the extended warrenty.

The dealership's attitude is "normal wear and tear" too bad sooo sad.

I want to complain to chrysler Canada and am going to write them, but I was
wondering if it is even worth it.
