how to disconnect steering column shaft coupling

    I having troubles removing a starter from my dodge dakota 92 v6 3.9. I
    know you have to remove the center bolt from the steering shaft and
    move it to the side but once Ive removed the bolt the shaft is hard to
    move, Im I missing another bolt on the shaft that has to be
    removed.....Plz help....levi
