It wasn't a matter of "couldn't", but the costs were prohibitive due to
....oh never mind - you know but just pretend not to understand. No way
to figure how many refineries would have been built if it weren't for
    the added costs.

You keep bringing up exposed things - guns and peni (I guess that's the
plural?). One place you talked about conceal and carry, the next breath
you are talking about carrying "for show" to prove manhood or something.
    Make up your mind.

Such is just one benefit of freedom - one can change one's mind anytime and
at whim ;-) Can't you do that where you live - or do you have to stick to
just one dogmatic point of view for every issue?

So name every state you had a CCW in. EVERY state of the union, fella.

By the way, are you a LEO? If so, then you can perhaps carry concealed as a part
of YOUR job, eh? But what about the rest of the US citizenry? In EVERY state of
the USA. Tell us where you have had such "exposure"............

    Flame on!

Thanks for acknowledging the rest of my countrymen as having "freeeeedom" too!

Just trying to be polite to the vulgar "swinus Americansus" that exist on this

Freedom to change one's mind is not the same thing as contradicting
one's self. You do understand the difference between the words
    "concealed" and "displayed"?

Maine, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, Florida, Maryland, Louisiana,
Texas, and Michigan is that enough for you. Also, num nuts I am in no way
connected with law enforcement just a citizen. Unlike yourself who appears
not to venture outside a radius of 25 miles I have visited all of the states
in the lower 48 and lived in nine of them. Since I am from this country I
am the expert not some want to be north of the boarder or as we callit USA
    lite.

You are misinformed if you think you have to be in law enforcement for a
concealed weapon permit. In several states, once you meet the
requirements (some training and submit the application), the judge who
reviews your application cannot refuse the permit without specific cause
(such causes specifically spelled out by the laws). They passed that
type of legislation after several judges overstepped their bounds by
turning down all permits brought before them.

No!! EVERY state. So you have experience with CCW in 9 states. That is a FAR CRY
from every. We are writing in the English (aka 'Merican) language here........
What don't you understand about the word EVERY?? But then I suppose it could be
a genetic trait, not learned, nor cultural.......

OH, I forgot - you are a "Merican who speaks slippery-slidey "Merican". And I
guess from your comments that you don't even understand whot I speek, eh??

Ah yes, "USA lite". Remember that we, here in Manitoba, provide electricity to
the Northern States power grid that goes south toward KS and perhaps further
south. Yes, "USA lite", as in electrical lights and.. god knows what else for
the USA. I suppose you believe the power is USA based, eh?. Ignorance is bliss,
eh? Numb nutz, you say, eh? Look in the mirror before you break it!!

I don't understand what you mean about a "25 mile radius". You have NO data to
support your stupid comment! Miles my ass. Get with it. This is a global
situation, not some idiosyncratic stupid world-centered on Podunk-Hollow, USA,
with mile posts..... Kilometers represent the current WORLD situation - nutz to
you!! You can swim against the flow (for now) :).

I have been around this globe twice under my own pay check and power. Been to
Iran, Afghanistan and Baghdad before YOU even knew of their existence. Saigon
too during their "civil war" that the USA had the misfortune of losing over
58,000 soldiers in... Hey, as far as freeeeeeedom is concerned, why does
the freeeeeeee press of the USA not pay any notice to the 30th anniversary of
the establishment of the NATION of Viet Nam? Why?? Silence sez a multitude of
    basic (and unsavoury) things.....

Just because I am an alien (to your nation) that does not mean that I am lesser
"than thou." After all, it was your Nation that recognized my talents and hired
me to teach your citizens the basic subjects that Canadians learn(ed) in Grades
10 and 11. YOUR nation (well one of the universities in the USA) hired ME. For
that I will be eternally grateful. One of YOUR nation's universities hired ME.
YOU are ignorant of some basic facts about me, and my history with your nation.
Forget the numb-nutz commentary. You know not of what you speak.

So let us go back to the basic definition of EVERY state in the United States of
America. You puff up your chest about CCW in several states ( 9 of which YOU
name), and then extrapolate that to the entire nation. What CRAP!! Only a
politician would use such stupidity to state their reality. Are you a
politician? Or are you just an ignorant fool?

The world (and US citizenry) await your Yankee stupidity, and "hutzpah"
    soul-less answer.

Flame on. The world, not just US citizenry, awaits entertainment by your crass
    and stupid commentary.

You've got it. The problem I was seeing in one of your previous was
that in the middle of a discussion on carrying a concealed weapon, you
equated it to walking around with one's thingy hanging out "for show" as
you put it - an attempt at ridiculing that didn't seem to fit. Hence my
question of whether you undstood the difference between concealed and
    exposed. Muchas grassy-a**. 8^)

On your other comments in another fork in this thread - and I'm sure you
realize this - individual states (and maybe individual localities - not
sure) can over-ride the federal allowance of right to bear arms. That
get's into the sometimes conflicting area of Constitutional Rights,
which should be across the board, and States Rights. But the default in
the U.S. is that you can bear arms - certain states abridge that right.

See other post - the default is that you have the right. Certain states
abridge that right (which, for things guaranteed in the Constitution,
should not be allowed - things not specified in the Constitution can
vary according to states rights, so in this case, states rights is being
mis-applied). But don't shoot me (pun intended) - I'm just the
    messenger. (Clever, eh?) 8^)

  19. USD 1.55 is a very high price in China, given that the average wage is a
tiny fraction of the US one.

For a developed country the petrol prices in the US are VERY low.

So, guys, I know it's hard, but try to stop bleating... ;-)
