The dash indicator bulb for the Cruise Control on my '93 Dodge Spirit is
burnt out. Is this a user-replaceable bulb or something best left to the
experts (as in disassemble the dash)?

    Many thanks.

It is probably like most of the other bulbs in the cluster. The cluster
    is
fairly easy to remove. The steering column needs to be lowered, and
    supported
in order to remove the cluster. If the gear selector is column mounted,
    the
indicator string needs to be carefully removed from the column.

Once the screws are out, there is one or
two connectors and that's pretty much it. No speedometer cable to
    disconnect
    like in the old days.
