Cirrus Electrical Accessory -- Best Strategy for Connection

    I have a 1999 Cirrus LXi and want to install a built-in hands-free cellphone
kit. Other cars that I have worked on had accessory connection tabs on the
fuse blocks to simplify aftermarket additions. But the Cirrus appears to be
a closed configuration with no provision for aftermarket additions -- after
reviewing all the diagrams in the shop manual.

The cellphone support requires a decent ground and two power connections -
one to accessory power (5 amps) and another to ignition (2 amps) -- needs to
stay up while on, cranking or in acc. Barring any well grounded suggestions
from the group, my plan was to patch into the 'accessory' feed and the
'radio' feed. And run a lead into the engine compartment to tie onto the
main ground. Is this good enough or are there better ways of doing this?

    Thanks,

    greg
