I heard that Magna was going to build a plant in Russia.

Anyone who builds or invests in Russia is a dope who will get their
investment stolen from them at gun point, based on trumped-up charges
    of tax evasion.

Called the Russian Mafia, or, as the Russians call it (when translated
into English) the "thieves in the law".

Magna already has their money out of Russia.
Magna management aren't stupid, they are quite international.

What do you mean they have their money "out of Russia".

Looks like they're getting ready to put their money IN Russia.
    So that's it then.

Magna will spend $500m, and when the plant is up and running it will
be stolen by Oleg Deripaska and any Magna execs and engineers working
there will be lucky to get their asses out of Russia before being put
    on trial for tax evasion.

They sold most of Magna to a Russian company, so they have that money in
    Canada.
