I'm considering buying a mk2 Neon - the Parkers guide says that I
should expect to get between 32 to 35 to the UK gallon for models sold
    here in the UK.

Does anyone here actually own a Neon? If so, is this a realistic MPG
figure for this car? Please post or respond to my email address.

Daughter has a twin cam 1998. Closer to 20MPG with 5 speed and
relatively gentle driver. Less in town and cold weather.Does a bit
better on mid grade or premium.

Neon no more in CDA, but the similar Dodge SX 2.0L has these figures in
the CDN Gov fuel economy book:
    city/HWY
    M5+ 35/48 MPG
    E4+ 30/42 MPG

www.yahoo.com > autos may also have this info.

-USA gallon is 20% smaller than Imperial Gallon.

My I get more mileage with my '95 3.3L Concord, always regular fuel.
