California's new Regs - What effect on you?

    California votes for new clean air regulations - 27th September 2004
    Could mean much lighter cars and limited model selection in California.
    3,000 pound (my guess) maximum? New, expensive, alloy or plastic bodied
    cars? Performance limitations? Unless barred by court action, expect some
    major upheavals in this market.

    Good 'ol days gone forever.
