broken belt

    The serpentine belt broke on my 98 caravan 3.o liter. I replaced it and
    now I can not get it to track correctly.The tensioner pulley seems to make
    the belt jump out of the power steering pump pulley at least 2 groves . help

    sound like your tensioner is bad. BTW that is what usually will throw the
    belt
