Any suggestion on the best cleaner to use to clean the brake dust etc. from
these wheels. That is some pretty tough stuff on there and I don't want to
    scratch the wheels.Thanks in advance

  2. I really like the Meguires Aluminum wheel cleaner. Works great.

Be very careful of what you use. What I do (I have the chrome spokes on
mine) is I combine a thorough yearly cleaning/polishing with a tire
rotation. when the van is up and the wheels off my youngest daughter and I
wash them thoroughly with Murphy's Oil Soap. They are rinsed and dried than
we use a good cleaner wax and polish them. This claens and removes any film
that's stayed there. They shine up real well and for some reason my kid
actually has a great time doing this so I won't argue. After this treatment
they're very easy to keep clean for the next year. BTW switch to ceramic
brake pads and you'll not have the dust problems anymore.

"Soft Scrub", the stuff they make for cleaning porcelain sinks, worked
pretty good for me. Use a damp sponge or cloth and rub it in until you
break up the break dust residue.
