99 Intrepid - Noise in front end when turning Right - Safety Issue????

    I have a 99 Intrepid with only 117000 klm and it has started to make a noise
    in the front end when you turn to the right. It sounds like something is
    rubbing as if there was a drum out of round and it rubbed on each
    revolution. Is this something serious, is it a safety issue.
    Appreciate any info.

    Any kind of noise could be a safety issue, you could start with checking the
    brake pads for wear.
    Take a look at the brake rotor shield on the inside of the rotor to see if
    the small tab is touching the rotor.
    If your still concerned have someone that is familiar with this vehicle take
    a look at it
