99 Dodge Stratus Blower problem

I have a 99 Dodge Stratus and recently the blower stopped working on
all but 4 (Full). The rest of the settings it just does nothing.

I have checked the switch and it does not seem to be the problem, and
have also checked the fuses, and it has only one for the blower, and it
    is still good.

Is there a relay or resistor somewhere or something on the blower motor
that can go wrong, or should I be looking at the motor itself?

Please let me know what you think,

The resistor has gone bad, located under the glove box mounted into the
heater box. If you purchase one thru MOPAR you may have to modify the box
slightly. The part has been updated.
