    Hello Everyone,

96 Sebring with electronic dash has intermittant problem. The Odometer will suddenly go dead and the Tach reads 0. After driving a while all comes to life and works well. Any ideas on root cause? Is this a common problem?

    Thanks for your responses.

    Hi Jim,
this seems to be a common problem - caused by deteriorating welding lines on
the board. If you are a good mechanic, you can fix it yourself. If not, it's
going to be expensive. You have to demount the dashboard and the odometer
and exchange two resistors. . There is a detailed fixing advice to it, but
    it is in German:

Perhaps someone here knows a site in English, too.
