95 Ply Voyager

    Hello,have a 95 ply voyager with 155K miles. 2 yrs ago had head
    rebuilt.1 1/2 yrs ago had tranny rebuilt.6 months a go had a rocker ar
    wear out on #5 cylinder.Problem is runs rough first thing in th
    morning.When it does this trans doesn't shift right,like it doesn'
    have the right rpm's to shift.Sometimes it works ok though.Sounds lik
    a fuel delivery problem to me.Also have changed plugs and plu
    wires.Fuel filter changed a year ago.Start fine on 1 st crank.Whe
    problem occurs the idle speed goes up and down by 250 rpm's.Any idea
    ???
