95 Caravan Trans ID -- Code DGA?

I'm looking for someone who might have updated service information on the
1995 Caravan line. I'm trying to positively identify which of the two
possible 3-speed automatic transmissions I might have in order to select a
    potential used replacement.

Row 1 of the fender tag starts out with code DGA -- this code is absolutely
clear. Unfortunately, the FSM I have only identifies DGC and DGM as
    options.

The transmission itself has two copies of the same casting number -- one on
top of the case, one on the rear of the case above the pan flange. This
casting number is 426-6, in block characters.

According to what I can find out using the interchange info online, 1994 &
1995 were "separate years" for the 3-speed automatic. Earlier years with
the same bodystyle may or may not interchange -- I can't establish that. If
someone happens to know, please tell me.

By the way, this is a 3.0L V6 - short wheelbase base model vehicle. The
first 11 digits of the VIN are 2B4GH2531SR. If it helps, the GVWR class
    appears to be 5001-6000lbs.

And yes, I killed it with neglect, and I'm feeling appropriately shameful.

    Thanks.

  2. FWIW, my Hollander-based info has all '94-'95 3.0/3-speed auto
    transmissions interchanging.

Thanks, Dan. Any mention of earlier 3-speeds being adaptable?

  4. Doesn't say they are or aren't.
