I have a array of problems with my 93 chrysler concorde. For starters,
sometimes when I turn on the car, the info panel ( with the
speedometer, odometer, etc) goes dead and the air bag light stays on.
The CD player, the lights, etc, still work, but no dashboard. When
this happens, the wipers go on, and then stop right in the middle of
the windshield (Not the best thing to happen when goin 45 on a
    highway.)

When the car seems to work ok, the wipers go on intermittantly. So
that's another problem. Any suggestions, pointers before I take it in
    to the shop?

    Thanks!

More than likely, from past posts here, grounding/corroded/intermittant
    connections to the BCM.

Bad ground connection for the body controller module. There is a
grounding stud with several ground straps bolted to it underneath the
HVAC control area, just to the right of the driver's foot when it's on
the accelerator pedal. Remove the trim panel and check the connections
    there.
