92 Voyager Windshield Motor

  1. I feel truly lucky after reading all the postings about "phantom" front
windshield wiper operation, however, I don't see any postings which
match my problem which is - the front wiper motor has been replaced
thrice by the dealer in the last 9 mos - the symptoms being -
    non-operation.

If anybody still remembers this model (3.3L) what would cause these
    symptoms?

    Thanks

  2. The most common complaint on that problem is a faulty ground strap, turn on
the wipers and using a test lite. Put the clip on the neg side of the
battery and probe the wiper motor housing, if it lites, repair the ground,
you may have to remove the 13mm bolt and clean it up a bit, if you dont have
a test lite, just try hitting the motor with the palm of your hand while it
is turned on to see if it kicks on
