92 T&C hood release

    The plastic handle under the dash broke some time ago so I used a needle
    nose pliers to pull on the cable and now that won't work as the whole thing
    is pulling way out and flexing and won't release. Is the handle that the
    end of the cable slips on all by itself or is it part of an assembly? How
    much of a job is it to fix that and the cable?

    You buy the cable and get the handle free, its all one part, It is a very
    easy job to do.
