Trying to replace the rear-left light casing on a '89 Voyager.
Chrysler USA, UK, Germany and Belgium all say that the part is no longer
manufactured and tha they cannot find a dealer with an old one in stock.

I am also putting queries out to breakers yards - but nothing yet.

The European light casing is different to USA - it is not all red.

I have the vehicle VIN and I can see that the original part number from the
    base of the casing is:
    STANLEY 043-8765L
(I also sent an email to Stanley of Japan but no reply)

My local Chrysler dealer says that I cannot fit US (red) lights because I
will then fail the annual car inspection (in UK).

Try a dealer in Mexico. Good luck. I hear getting current parts from them is
    a challenge.

  3. Hit www.ebay.de and search [chrysler voyager schlachtfest] . It seems Ebay
is popular in Germany for parting out cars, and there's usually a fairly
high number of older Voyagers. Another such source is www.mobile.de; sort
by price and look at the low end of the results, which are often "parting
out" ads. Use http://babelfish.altavista.com to help you with the German.
That's true. If you get *really* desperate, you can fit the US red lights
and then add separate amber indicators and a separate red rear fog as
    required to pass MoT.

May be this is a solution for you: A firm near Augsburg Germany "Auto
Neuhörl" is a specialist for american cars and an excellent source of used
spare parts. I bought my Voyager there and several parts too. Its phone
    number is 0049 821 499999.

    Good Luck

Looks like they have found one - and are going to dismantle and send over in
    next couple of days.
    Thanks a lot.
