300M brake lights

    Recently my wife's 2001 300M will leave the brake lights on after the car
    has been turned off. To get them off all we do is restart the car and then
    shut the car off again.

    Does anyone know what part is going bad or what the fix is?

    Could be just a brake lamp switch adjustment, or a faulty switch , the
    switch is located on the brake pedal arm.
