Are any out there? Weber, Dellorto, even (hold nose) SU?

  2. There are (expensive) triple Weber setups.
There are (scarce) triple Dell'Orto setups.
There are triple-SU setups (of which I have three, all of which for
sale, and a twin-SU, not for sale).

AFAIK Dell'Ortos have the same bolt pattern as Webers, as do some
    Mikunis...no?

SU's are what all smart Britcar owners _get away_ from. They require
    weekly maintenance.

  5. No, Zenith-Strombergs are what all smart Britcar and early Volvo owners
get away from. They replace them with SUs, which, when in proper repair,
require only a periodic check of the damper oil.

You're not SERIOUSLY suggesting there's anything GOOD about Mikuni
    carbs, are you?

CD175 Zenith Strombergs will drive any sane man crazy in a short time
--- The SU was by far superior, but had emission issues that the ZS CD
    carbs could more easily address.
