    Hello, I have a 2001 T & C....last week my automate keyless entry
stopped opening my doors. All buttons now will lock the door but not
open them. I hate to take it into the dealership so if anyone has any
suggestions I would be greatful. I have replaced the battery in all
remotes. The situation is the same with all remotes. My poor lock
button does work. Thanks in advance

Do the doors unlock from inside the way without the remote?

Same thing happened on my 96 T&C. I was quoted $250 PER DOOR to
replace the actuators. Instead, I went to Circuit City, bought two
BETTER actuators and had Express Audio install both of them for $45.
By the way, the actuators from Circuit City cost $7.99 each.

$61.00 (plus tax) as opposed to $500 (plus tax) from the rip-off
    dealer.

Go to the hi-fi / alarm section of Circuit City and ask them for the
actuators for your make & model. They're easy to replace - I just
chose to have someone else do it for me for $45.

Prior to this, I was also having a problem with my alarm going off
'whenever it felt like it'. That part is still happening. Chrysler
techs responding need not suggest for me to take it to the dealer.
They're the worse bunch of rip-off bastards I've ever talked to!

Good luck with your actuators. I've not had a problem with the locks
for over a year with the Circuit City ones. Had I gone to the dealer
(and spent over $500), I'm sure an install by them would have failed
    by now.
