2000 grand voyager blinking light problem

    I had my window down and a random rain storm came in and it was soaked. This morning I turned it on and found when I turn the headlights off the headlights, dashlights, and taillights all start flashing. But when I turn the headlights on it everything stops flashing. I've never seen this before so I'm wondering what it could be. I was thinking something wrong with the light switch so I'm letting it dry. I'll post any news.
