Art, this cocky retard "hartless" - I suspect is also "maxpower" - is an
idiot incapable of carrying on a respectable conversation. He doesn't
deserve to be treated courteously. In fact, to exclude him or keep him busy
with a dictionary while others converse, all that's necessary is to speak in
compound sentences. If his IQ raises two points, he can mover from idiot to
    moron.

Frankly, I don't know who's right here. From the comments of several in this
tread alone, there's enough cause to trust no one . Then some blustering
fools come in like they're god almighty and expect their scribblings to be
accepted as gospel. Bullshit! I spoke to my dealer... he told me 90 days.
You apparently spoke with someone knowledgeable in NC and were told 90 days.
Is there ANY reason to believe what rolls of the mouths of these ignorant ,
    Jackoffs? I think not.

Art I believe what the dealer is telling you is 90 on the work they do. If a
brake job is done and there is a problem (90 days). If you do a tune up and
a problem occurs that would make the vehicle run bad (90 days). If a belt is
installed and falls off or starts squealing and has to be readjusted (90
days labor only) That would be the warranty that the dealer gives.
Now if a part is purchased such as an A/C compressor, Generator or anything
else those parts come with a 12 month 12k mile warranty on parts and labor
    thru Chrysler.
This kid Gregory cant comprehend this and will argue with everyone in here
and all he really needs to do is make a phone call to the dealer.

Im not going to play the games you want to play, nor do I need to hide
behind other names when I post. Acually if you knew how to read and reply to
a post you would have seen that I corrected heartless when he said 12/20 I
    came back and said 12/12.
go back outside and ride you skate board and let mommy and daddy have their
computer back. Acually isnt it your bed time?

Hey Retard! Maxpower! Too many big words? We don't need your explanations.
YOU'RE NOT QUALIFIED! Art DID ask about an evaporator exchange. I ask about
an evaporator exchange. Two different dealers... two different cities ...
same replacement. Same answer. 90 days. Keyriced! You're retired as well as
retarded. Go sit down. This is over your head at this point. You have no
    credibility in this conversation!

And you've read Mopars warranty stated on DaimlerChryslers website? And
funny no comments about it! And apparently know you've talked to two dealers
about it know and they both said 90 days. Funny before Sunday it was one,
know it's two. So which fictitious dealer was open on Sunday, to get your
lie from? Your the ignorant one, posted the warranty clearly showing your
wrong, and you lied. You sir, are a troll that lies and got caught. Let me
guess you also beat your wife as soon as she questions anything out of your
mouth. Thought so! Go crawl under your rock now. Bye!

As you can see, John Gregory the troll cannot comprehend the facts. The
troll still wants to spit out lies and insults, yet won't on this thread
proving he has lied about Mopar Warranty. Or he's busy bent over the log
Squeelllllllling like the pig he truly is.

Umm, Evaporators are not rebuilt, SO you want to exchange? No wonder they
stated 90 days, because your stupid. "Hey, i'd like to exchange my spark
plugs please(nimrod Gregory)" " No thank you sir, you can keep your old
ones, well just sell you new ones(dealership replies" " What, You crooks, My
jobber said they will just exchange them(nimrod response)" "Ok, Sir. Please
go for it, that is a great deal(dealership reply, realizing the flake)" Then
said Flake goes to jobber, ends up paying $400, labor but comprehends it's a
great deal as he didn't pay for the plugs.

Retard... you give legitimate technicians in this forum a bad name. You're
crusin' here under two names, you don't read carefully, you misquote...
you're a mess. No credibility whatsoever!

Two dealerships in two separate states claim the warranty is 90 days on a
replacement (exchange) evaporator out of new-car warranty. I wouldn't
believe a word you said if you had Jesus Christ deliver it in person at this
point! Sit down before you fall down. It's time for another nap!

And what does DC website state for the warranty liar! you still have yet to
refute the real evidence. Your a liar and I proved it. You were stupid and
paid more with a jobber for less. So yes, you are stupid, now you post lies
about a warranty that is stated 12 months. So, you've proven my point.
respond to the question idiot. " What does DC website state about MOPARS
warranty." WEll, what does it state? WEll, Still waiting for you to answer
the question? oh, If you were smart enough to check message headers you
could see we are not one in the same. I even talk smack about the
too! But he is right, this time, your a
dickheaded faggot. That attacks anyone how states the truth about the
warranty. But you go ahead and believe one dealership even though Corporate
    warranty statement is posted!

For everyone to see John Gregory's lies, here is the corporate link showing
    the dickhead his own lies:

    http://app01.extra.daimlerchrysler.com/GetAPart/warranty/index.html

As you will see, He has avoided posting to this link to show he is a liar,
    and fraud!

You're still the ignorant retard I proved you were, you idiot. You can't
even figure out the main issue being discussed before you so boldly stumbled
all over yourself with that Mopar bullshit like Moses decending from Sinai.
You're a real first class Jerk!

The issue is what Chrysler dealerships are warranting their labor for on
evaporator replacements. Two people who've never met each other respectfully
exchanged experiences of having been told 90 days. You stumble in with your
Mopar book. Big freckin' deal. How's THAT change what we've been told.

If you want to add to the discussion, idiot, instead of displaying your
leave of education (unable to follow compound sentences.... but he works
"headquarters" folks. Jerk!)... then call a local dealer, ask the same
question, report the dealers name and number here, and we'll verify what you
were told ... if you report anything at all. My take is ... you'll report
nothing... 'cause you'll be told 90 days. That'll send you into shock and
depression as you frantically search your manual for page and section
reference. Meanwhile... your nurse is her for your afternoon medication,
maxpower/hartless. What a first class Jerk!

Actually I did not. I stated what appears on the receipt when you pick up a
car at Auto Park Chrysler in cary, NC. It says 90 days. If they were to
voluntarily inform a customer that they actually have one year of labor, it
would surprise me but nothing is impossible. I've never had the opportunity
to experience it. Their service had gotten so bad, I bought elsewhere this
time around. I can tell you that in search of a suspension noise they
replaced a strut under the extended service agreement and again after the
extended service agreement was over but before a year was up and they
charged me for labor and the strut even though it did not fix the issue.

I misunderstood, Art. So we really don't know what the dealership would say.
I misrepresented that to loud-mouth maxpower/hartless or whatever he's going
    by this hour.

In any event, it's a moot point (Mopar man: That means it doesn't matter any
more.). I have a new evaporator which will go through many rigorous cycles
this Summer. I'm confident that, if it's going to fail, a welded/soldered
part will display manufacturing defects early on as opposed to later in a 12
month period. That's been my experience with residential units. I've had
applicable experience in interpreting the quality control test results
during the manufacturing process of these type of components. What's more,
this incident has really squelched my appetite for Chrysler. Maybe Toyota
won't be different. Point is... there's hope they will be. I already know
how Chrysler handled a controversial issue and I've had enough.

Last page, Art. I phoned your dealer, Autopark Chyrsler (919-467-5557), and
spoke to the service manager, Terry Murdock. Nice gentleman. Been in the
business 20 years and even spent some time with Chrysler as a Service Rep.
He has given me contradictory information that conforms to those tablets
Motormouth Moses keeps referring to; the warranty IS 12000 miles or 12
months, parts AND labor. My local dealer either misquoted me or simply
chooses to march to a different tune.

With this information, I phoned the shop that made the repair for me. I now
have an amended contact that covers me as though Chrysler had made the
repair... at no additional charge other than my time for the phone call.

There will be no apology to Mopar Motormouth from me because that ignorant
jerk deserves none. He failed to read carefully and add his two cents in a
gentlemanly fashion... probably because he's incapable. It's evident from
the way he constructs sentences, chooses his words, and presents himself
that he's had little formal education and little exposure to people who
could help him move up the food chain. Thus, he's been relegated to
wallowing in the depths as a bottom-feeder, changing names, and spewing
profanity in some distorted misconception that he'd be heard, respected,
and/or thought of as a man. Quite to the contrary. He has proven to be one
to whom no one should listen if for no other reason than he presents himself
in a repulsive manner. Few would care to be involved with him. As a result,
people with a little bigger vocabulary then he, will sharpen their words,
and sling them hurtfully in his direction. He remains an ignorant jerk,
destined to feed in the troughs of life.

Pleasure sharing this experience with you, Art. Best of luck. Let's hope
nothing else breaks on these damn things before we unload them!

I had a Toyota Avalon 2001. It was an extremely annoying car compared to a
1999 300M. Reliable perhaps, but tons of annoying quirks. Look carefully
    before running to Toyota.
