1999 Dodge Ram Speedo:

    Hi a buddy gave me his 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD pickup
    to change the oil, etc. He says the speedometer doesn't work
    below 20, wether or not he goes from 0-20, or slows through 20
    it goes right to zero. Any ideas are appreciated here.

    If you continue driving for a ways after it drops to zero, does the odometer
    still keep registering mileage?
