1997 Intrepid turn signal problems

    Just recently I have been experiencing a problem to my left and right hand
    turn signals.

    When I put the signal on the light flicks on the dash and also the turn
    signal works both in the front and back and on both sides, the problem is
    after I make the turn, the signal indicator doesn't go back to the neutral
    position. The signal keeps blinking.

    I double checked the bulbs and they are working in the front and back. I
    don't know how to approach this myself and there is nothing in the owners
    manual.

    If anyone can share any ideas or what have worked for them.

    the cancel cam in the switch is broke needs new switch
