Recently bought a 94 Grand Caravan, and I noticed that the odometer is not
reading true, and the speedometer is not either. The odometer is reading
about 60-65 % of actual Km's driven. The speedometer is registering too
high at highway speeds, but not exactly sure by how much. The previous
owners had the Tranny rebuilt 2 years ago but since then the van had not
left the city and they did not notice that the readings were off. Is this a
simple fix like a gear on the speedo cable or is it internal? Any help
    would be appreciated,

    Dave...

3 spd or 4 spd? What engine etc.? If the 3 spd there is a gear change
required. Odds are it's a 4spd though and it's a simple recal. with a DRB
scan tool at the dealer. It may also have improper size wheels/tires on it
so I'm assuming these are correct.

It has overdrive so i suppose it has 4 speed. Ttires are the size on the
door post. So i have to go to the dealer and get them to change it for me?
