1993 fuel rail NY 3.3 question

    I get a leak in my fuel rail but it is intermittent. Could this be caused by the fuel pressure regulator? If so is it a hard fix.
    The fuel rail has been discontinued so I can't find the part. If you know of any substitutions for the rail please let me know
